China Airlines is also upgrading to version 8 of Maintenix. Version 8 has advanced features such as advanced search, graphical single window asset timelines and more performance-driven Business Intelligence reporting and analysis. ATR has contracted with DHL for worldwide management of spare parts. DHL will ensure worldwide distribution of ATR parts via five logistics platforms operating on four continents and will manage customs clearance. ST Aerospace will develop a 15-pallet cargo configuration for Boeing 757-200s. This new variant will have winglets. ST Aerospace expects to obtain FAA certification by July 2014, based on its existing STC for 757-200 passenger-to-freighter conversions. Airbus and GMF AeroAsia (GMF), a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, have finalized an agreement for Maintenance Training Collaboration to develop a five-year strategic partnership.
